Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Pre-payments:

A $200.00 non refundable deposit is required upon booking either by credit card or cheque.

Final payment is required on check-in (2 weeks prior in Peak Season).

A $ 200.00 Pre Authorisation on a credit card is required from all guests on check-in (Direct or Agent bookings).

Once a guest has checked in there are no refunds.

Standard Credit Card charges do apply to payments.

Cheques must arrive within 72 hours of making the booking and at least 7 working days prior to check-in.
